Legend Assets is the result of over 70 years combined experience in the real estate development, investments and management.

Although recently created, Legend is the third arm of the full service real estate vertical that includes Third Coast Development (2004) and Carbon River Capital (2017).

Legend is home for the completed credit tenant assets developed by Third Coast and for the highest tear of assets acquired by Carbon River Capital.

The principals of each company, Brad Rosely, Dave Levitt and Max Benedict, are all active in the Legend Assets acquisition process.
